We stayed at this hotel before and after a motorcycle tour of Rajasthan in February 2024, and it was a great place to take time to prepare for and wind down from the tour. Its elegant décor and buildings set in a peaceful, manicured garden were a delight, and were very comfortable and clean. Our ground-floor room overlooked the garden and sitting area, and was spacious and homely. The hotel’s focus on the bird life was clear from the artwork and decorations (plus the large and enthusiastic group of US ornithologists staying there at the time), which gave us great anticipation of our morning tour through the sanctuary. What a wonderful twitcher experience it was to see so many different species in the expansive freshwater marshes of the sanctuary! The restaurant is excellent and offers vegetarian/non-vegetarian Indian and international options. All delicious! All of the hotel staff are professional, very welcoming and efficient. We thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bharatpur area, and particularly to any birdwatchers who are looking for a unique, once-in-a-lifetime ornithological experience!

We stayed five days in this lovely hotel. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and, most importantly, very convenient to the Keoladeo National Park, a welcome respite to the hustle-bustle of Indian cities. Loved the smaller pillows and option to separate the duvet at the inn, using just the sheet when we got warm. We enjoyed a variety of foods, served by kind and efficient wait staff. While here, we lucked out on our first day, discovering a fantastic guide—Baney Singh. We toured with him three of our five days, discovering natural wonders each day. We also rented bikes a couple of times, borrowing a bird book from the hotel to bird on our own. Baney is a free-lancer, who hangs out near the park entrance or you can reserve time with him through WhatsApp, +91-9424344149 or baneyguideknp@yahoo.co.in

We stayed just one night when visiting the bird sanctuary. It’s a lovely old building with courtyards. Our room was large with a seating area and a huge bed. The reception staff were pleasant. The food was normal Indian hotel food but perfectly fine. We were in walking distance of the nature reserve which was great. We were able to walk there and then arrange our own guide and cycle around looking at the birds.

I visited this lovely hotel with my friends. This was my third stay in this hotel. Hotel has large, comfortable rooms with good beds. The rooms are elegant, well appointed and functional. The rooms offer plenty of space for your luggage and enough charging points. All staffs are excellent and attentive. Very convenient to Keoladeo National Park, which is a fantastic place to visit. Rickshaw operators can pick you up at the hotel and take you to the park. Food is always good and always served on time in dining hall. We requested for early lunch and they provided before time. Room has all basic amenities. Just one thing I would like to suggest them to provide, wifi facility in all rooms. Wifi works only near dining area. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
